Shipping policy

All orders are packed and shipped from Basel, Switzerland, using Swiss Post.

At the moment, Nice Things ships within Switzerland only.

Processing time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2 - 5 working days after your order is placed. If, for any reason, we need a little longer, we’ll get in touch.

Shipping
Orders are sent with Swiss Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Ceramics are carefully packed to keep them safe on their way to you. We try to use recycled, reused or recyclable packaging materials whenever possible, while making sure everything is properly protected.

Delivery
Once your order has been handed over to Swiss Post, delivery times depend on their service and schedule.

Damaged orders
We do our best to pack everything very carefully, but ceramics can be fragile. If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch as soon as possible and send us a few photos of the piece and the packaging. We’ll find a solution.
